Call our helpline/customer support
When you call our customer service we do not collect but Caller Line Identification information is used to identify the caller in case the line gets disconnected.
Not all the telephone lines have the same service & we do not retain any information from the calls or record them. If the user decides to leaves their details on our voice mail, this would be deleted when the query has been handled.
Email us
We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) & other secure protocols to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with the authorities.
