| -Open the unit & connect USB terminal of this unit to USB port of PC. |
| -Lamp will turn on and start charging. |
| -When charging is complete, lamp will be blinkin. |
| -Be sure that recording switch must be set to stop position when device is connected with pc |

| By recording start or opening the unit, Battery remaining status will be indicated as 3 steps as belows. Lamp status, turned-off, blinking, turned-on, indicates battery remaining status. |

| Move "down" recording switch and start recording in 7 seconds. |

| -New window will be shown on your monitor of PC. |
| -Double-click folder for MemoQ and files will be shown on PC monitor |
| -Double-click folder for file to play-back recorded message or open the data |

| << Replacing refill of ball-point pen >> |
| Turning "front part " of the unit unclockwise and pull the refill from the nuit. |
| Put the new refill to the nuit and turning "front part(b)"of the unit clockwise. |
